ICT Wizard onsite training and support service

Our ICT Wizard onsite service is an effective and affordable way to have an ICT professional 'on staff' for as many days a month as you need.  A day can be used for training, consultancy, problem-solving or other support services that you may require.

Our onsite service can be used for a variety of purposes including:

• classroom training by a Certified Master Instructor
• one-to-one desk-side training/consultancy
• familiarisation, and the effective use, of new systems
• standardisation of company templates and procedures
• new-start inductions - learn new skills in the workplace
• certification training and exams
• competency appraisal and training
• helpdesk, clinics and floorwalking
• ... and many other areas.

A selection of the above services can be provided in a single day

 

Onsite support and training

To ensure you get the best out of your hardware and software investment we will support your staff in their use of applications and operating systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

This typically gives our clients a consultant/master instructor on site to work with staff in the following areas:

• Developing knowledge of in-house systems
• working with company templates and macros
• problem solving
• post-course support
• onsite ICT clinic
• effective use of applications and systems
• improving productivity and effectiveness
• ... and many other areas

 

Service price:

6 Month minimum one day per month - £350 per day.
no restrictions on Delegate Numbers for training on your site.
Materials such as manuals are an additional cost.
