Our acclaimed onsite ICT Wizard Support Service is an affordable way to have the expertise of an ICT professional onsite for the time you need or for a specific project.

This service is designed to meet clients' specific needs and is typically delivered in three main formats -
An instructor/consultant onsite to:

  • Deliver training courses (even a variety of different course levels and topics in a single day)

  • Provide one or more of the Support Service options (see below), bespoke training and/or consultancy in groups or one-to-one

  • Any mixture of the above two!

 

Support Service options include:

In a single support day our instructor or consultant may deliver a range of different services including

  • assisting and advising staff with their files, databases and documents
  • group training support sessions by a Certified Master Instructor (for full training courses see our training page)
  • one-to-one support
  • consultancy
  • problem-solving,
  • training needs analysis
  • working with company templates and macros
  • one-to-one desk-side training, support and consultancy
  • familiarisation, and the effective use, of new systems
  • standardisation of company templates and procedures
  • new-start inductions - learn new skills in the workplace
  • certification training and exams
  • competency appraisal and training
  • helpdesk, drop-in lectures, clinics and floorwalking
  • ... or many of the other ways that an ICT professional can help your organisation improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

    A selection of the above services can be provided in a single day. This could mean, for example, working with a member of staff for a few hours on company templates, an hour or two with another staff member providing project management support and another period of time training staff in a group setting  (for full courses see our training page).

Flexible, comprehensive service with no minimum contract period for the support of large numbers of staff each day (approximate numbers will be discussed in advance to ensure the most effective format is designed and delivered).

The ICT Wizard Support Service price:

From £445 per day when more than 5 days are booked
£495 for a single day

Materials such as manuals are an additional cost.
